Department of English was established on 06.09.1979 by G.B. of the College, Permanent Affiliation up to B.A (Hons) & B.A (S/G) was granted by HRDD, Govt of Jharkhand from 26.02.2003. Since then it is providing quality education in Faculty of Humanities as according to syllabus approved by Sido-Kanho Murmu University, Dumka (Jharkhand)
